Hands-on approach.
Mark Tonge began developing land in 1997, at the age of seventeen and still at school. In the close to thirty years since, he has delivered residential, commercial and industrial projects across South East Queensland and beyond — and built outward from development into private capital, land and agriculture. He has sat in every seat: acquiring and entitling sites, structuring the capital behind them, and operating the businesses that stand upon the land. He works privately, and lets the record speak.
Separate firms. One principal.
Each business is held and run independently — a developer who can structure his own capital, hold his own land, and operate on the ground.

The Capital Lens
Why good deals still can't find money — and what actually moves capital
Most stuck deals aren't stuck because they're bad. After close to thirty years in property and capital, here is what actually moves money: legibility, speed and structure.
